Substitutions Policy

Our goal is to make you happy!

We do our very best to hold true to the style, theme, colors and value of what you’ve chosen but occasionally flower and/or container substitutions may be necessary.   

In single flower arrangements such as an all rose bouquet, an all lily bouquet or all orchids, we’ll hold true to the flower type but may have to substitute with another color than what you’ve chosen.

For those who provide us with their contact information we do our best to reach you prior to making any substantial substitutions.

We promise to do our very best to please both the sender and the recipient.
